Pastor Gary Woodring, earned a Ba. Bible Languages, and Ba. Theology from the Missionary Baptist Theological Institute in Little Rock, AR.  He later earned his Ma. Theology  from the Oxford Baptist Institute in Oxford, MS.   He answered the called to Pastoral ministry in 1980 and began pastoring in 1981.  He has pastored churches in Arkansas, Alabama and is currently serving as the pastor of Landmark Baptist Church, in Anderson, Indiana since 1997.  He and his wife Cathy have three children and ten grandchildren.  Their two sons are active in pastoral ministry and their daughter is on the foreign field in Togo, Africa.  

Pastor Scott Bourland, earned a DTh, Ma. Theology and Ba. Theology from from Midwest Baptist Institute in Illinois.  He has over 30 years of ministry experience.  Pastor Bourland has served as a pastor in Arkansas and Indiana, as a stateside church planter in Indiana, and as a foreign missionary to Kenya Africa. He is currently the missionary pastor of Grace Baptist Church, a church plant in Hope, Indiana.

Pastor Charles David Kennedy was not raised in a Christian home.  It was through the influence of his future wife Kim and father-in-law that he accepted Jesus as his personal Savior on October 22, 1983, at Bethel Baptist Church in Noblesville, IN. He and his wife, Kimberly Kay Shomaker (Kennedy) were married on August 3, 1985.  Pastor Chuck surrendered to the ministry in April, 1993 and began pastoring First Missionary Baptist Church in Corcoran, CA, in May 1995. In 2000, the Lord opened the door for him to return to Indiana and come to Columbus Baptist Church in Columbus, Indiana  Chuck and Kim have 3 girls: identical twins, Lauren and Sarah, their youngest, Rebecca. They have three grandchildren.
