IBI exists for God's glory and seeks to share Christ's Passion through the education and training of Christian men and women to serve within their local church.  That is simply our mission.  We use today's technology to train today's leaders seeking to impact today's world for Christ.  We come alongside the local pastor in training and mentoring men who seek pastoral training and men and women who want to be better equipped and enabled to better serve their local church as teachers and mentors.  The school's structure of online learning through virtual real time classes, allows the student to study at home without relocating or spending time and money in transportation to and from the school.
