Indiana Baptist Institute began in 2005 as the vision of local pastors in Indiana seeking to train men for pastoral ministry or missions.  Later the transition was made to become a web based school   The school also seeks to equip the church member in  their personal growth and knowledge of Christ and His Word thus increasing the pool of trained workers available to the local church.  It is for this reason that we encourage both those who feel called into pastoral or mission work as well as the lay person seeking to be used in their local church ministries.

The school offers seminary courses at reasonable prices, with a curriculum core comparable to other seminaries.  The school is web based and students and faculty meet in a virtual classroom for lectures and interaction on a weekly basis.  This makes it possible for students to attend from all over the world in real time. (EST)

The faculty have all earned degrees from a seminary or college and are all currently serving as pastors or missionaries.

We are associated with the American Baptist Association and sponsored by Landmark Baptist Church of Anderson, Indiana.

Indiana Baptist Institute is a non-accredited school.
